Front page Developing the International Vitality and Cohesion Index Developing the International Vitality and Cohesion Index Date: 9.3. –15.6.2026 Information Services and Data Analysis The project developed and piloted an internationally comparable Developing the International Vitality and Cohesion (Vici) Index (vitality, attraction/retention, and social cohesion) to complement economic and demographic indicators by capturing the societal sustainability of population growth and diversification.
