Osake operation, survey and evaluation work

Osake is a competence development service for education and training personnel in the Tampere region. The operation is aimed at all personnel in early childhood education, pre-primary and basic education and upper secondary education. All municipalities in the Tampere metropolitan area are involved in the cooperation. The survey and evaluation work described the current state of Osake’s operations, evaluated the effects and added value arising from its operations, identified possible development needs and examined possible alternative implementation methods and organisational models. The work consisted of a documentary analysis, interviews and a workshop. The results of the work was presented to the Tampere metropolitan welfare services working group and in the meeting of municipal leaders.
