Front page References Ex Post Evaluation of the Interreg Central Baltic 2014-2020 Programme Ex Post Evaluation of the Interreg Central Baltic 2014-2020 Programme Date: 17.11.2022 –31.5.2023 Evaluations MDI in collaboration with Sweco Sverige AB and Safege Baltija, conducted the Ex-Post evaluation for the Interreg Central Baltic 2014-2020 Programme. The Interreg Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 was a European Union cross-border cooperation programme. Its aim was to finance high-quality projects with European Development Funds in Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden which aimed to collectively address common challenges across borders. The programme had four strategic priorities: competitive economy, sustainable use of common resources, well-connected region, and a skilled and socially inclusive region. The assessment was carried out as a theory-based assessment using contribution analysis. The evaluation included document analysis based on project data from the eMS-system, interviews, a survey and focus group discussions. The final results of the evaluation were compiled into a final report and were also visualized in the form of a video and infographics.
