Front page References Supporting the Pirkanmaa Food Forum Supporting the Pirkanmaa Food Forum Date: 6.4. –31.8.2021 Strategies and programmes Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps The Pirkanmaa Food Forum, established in the Parasta Pirkanmaalta project, brings together entrepreneurs, researchers, influencers and civic actors. The Food Forum’s mission is to create a long-lasting, open and diverse regional level arena for discussion focusing on the food system and working towards sustainability, local vitality and a situation where different views can be heard. MDI supported the Pirkanmaa Food Forum in their roadmap work and in building an operating model. During the process, the regional goals of the Pirkanmaa Food Forum were clarified. MDI planned and facilitated two virtual workshops and engaged in an ongoing sparring dialogue with the customer. The results of the work were summarised in a concise summary, including the vision of the Food Forum, the objectives of the activities and the main forms and means of activity.
