The study involved interviews with local employing companies from different sectors and the preparation of a final report, which included a summary of the interview findings and proposed measures to address the needs and challenges identified in the interviews. The final report also included an analysis of the YTYÄ project’s company survey. The study served as a follow-up to a similar study conducted in 2024. Keywords: Companies
