Role of towns in the regional government, health and social services reform

MDI carried out a study about the role of towns (small and middle-sized) in the vitality services of the future. The study analyzed the role of towns in the regional and national vitality policies by identifying the most central areas of development and possibilities to utilize interfaces between municipalities and regions.
