Front page Pirkkala Culture and Leisure Services Development Programme Pirkkala Culture and Leisure Services Development Programme Date: 8.12.2025 –5.10.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI carried out a joint development programme process for the culture and leisure services of the Municipality of Pirkkala. The purpose of the development programme was to give direction to development across culture and leisure services and to support joint working, to set out shared principles, and to make the scope and impact of these services visible to residents and decision-makers alike. The programme also laid the groundwork for monitoring and evaluating service development by defining objectives, actions and indicators.
