Physical Activity and Exercise as Part of the Learning Content in Education Sector Training

The study examines how physical activity and exercise are included in the curricula and learning content of education sector training in Finland. The aim is to form a comprehensive picture of the extent and ways in which degree programmes in the field of education address physical activity and exercise as part of professional competence. The study is carried out through curriculum analysis, interviews, a survey, workshops, and statistical analysis. The outcome is a research report providing information to support the development of education policy.
