Front page References Peer review process of four regional programmes Peer review process of four regional programmes Date: 1.9. –30.11.2020 Evaluations Strategies and programmes The Regional Council of Southwest Finland, together with Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council, the Regional Council of Häme and the Regional Council of Kymenlaakso, carried out an evaluation of their regional programmes as a peer review process between the Regional Councils. MDI’s role was to ensure that the evaluation process started and proceeded as planned, that the necessary material was generated in the process and that the results of the evaluation were described in a concise and illustrative manner. MDI supported the evaluation of regional programmes (e.g. was responsible for the implementation of evaluation workshops and the sparring of the evaluators). MDI was also responsible for the final summary document but did not participate in the content evaluation of the regional programmes. Keywords: Provinces Strategy
