Front page Oulu Urban Innovation Action Application Oulu Urban Innovation Action Application Date: 18.11. –12.12.2019 Information Services and Data Analysis MDI prepared an Urban Innovation Action (UIA) EU project application for the City of Oulu under the theme Culture and Cultural Heritage. The application focused on bringing together the expertise of different city organisations and companies and highlighting innovative elements in a way that suits the criteria of the EU call for projects. MDI formulated the application, worked out the project budget (approx. 5M €) and the detailed project plan. MDI also supported Oulu in finding suitable partners and defining partners’ roles.
