Front page Vision of Eastern Finland Vision of Eastern Finland Date: 15.11.2022 –13.2.2023 Strategies and programmes MDI was both facilitating and helping to build the vision for Eastern Finland. The vision represents the next step on from the work of the state secretary’s working group announced in the autumn of 2022. MDI facilitated a number of discussions in November 2022, in Helsinki, in December in Mikkeli, in January 2023 in Lappeenranta and in February in Joensuu.
