Front page Urban Growth Vantaa, evaluation of the UIA project Urban Growth Vantaa, evaluation of the UIA project Date: 20.12.2021 –1.4.2022 Evaluations “Urban Growth Vantaa” is a UIA (Urban Innovative Actions) project coordinated by the city of Vantaa, which has created new types of solutions to promote the competitiveness of enterprises and to increase the level of staff skills and employment. The target group of the project is small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Vantaa. The project is carried out in cooperation with the city of Vantaa, educational and research organisations and enterprises. The project involves 11 project partners.The evaluation provides information on the relevance, effectiveness, continuity and impact of the project. In addition, recommendations for continuity, repeatability and scaling are produced. During the evaluation, a documentary analysis, interviews, a survey of the enterprises participating in the project and a workshop on the results of the evaluation are conducted.
