Front page Updating the City Strategy of Rauma Updating the City Strategy of Rauma Date: 4.11.2025 –25.4.2026 Strategies and programmes Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps This project supported the City of Rauma in the updating of their city strategy. MDI designed and facilitated a series of strategy workshops involving city management, city council and the city board, including staff and key stakeholders. The workshops used participatory methods to develop the strategy’s content, objectives, and priorities. In addition, MDI supported the analysis of the municipal resident survey results and the definition of the strategy monitoring indicators. The project progressed according to a phased schedule starting in autumn 2025. The outcome was an updated city strategy supporting the management and development of the City of Rauma.
