Front page References Support of strategy work for the city of Heinola Support of strategy work for the city of Heinola Date: 1.1. –13.5.2022 Strategies and programmes MDI supports the city of Heinola in the process of updating their city strategy. The strategy process has three main stages: 1) Background work: analysis of the current state and operating environment, 2) Participatory work and 3) Strategy development and content visualisation together with the client. As background work, MDI conducts an analysis of the key change factors affecting the city. MDI also executes a survey involving staff and stakeholders. As part of the strategy update, MDI will facilitate workshops and a two-day council seminar. MDI will finalise the contents of Heinola’s strategy in cooperation with the city’s officials.
