Specification of the regional vitality monitoring model

In collaboration with Business Tampere, the project focused on defining the key and compelling aspects of the statistical monitoring of vitality from the perspective of the Tampere urban area. MDI developed a proposal for the structure, content and presentation methods of the data package and the monitoring presented on the website (PowerBI dashboards). Special attention was also given to defining and selecting the necessary information with the end result in mind. MDI reviewed the relevant data sources that could be of interest to Business Tampere in terms of vitality, considering complementary or alternative data and sources compared to the existing data collection. Additionally, MDI proposed a benchmarking model for comparison with the entire country and central benchmark areas
