Specification of the regional information package and implementation of the analysis

The Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT (CFCI) needs key statistics on the development, vitality and construction of the regions in a compiled and easily assimilated and visualized data package. The content of the information package was defined in the work. The information package provides a comprehensive picture of the current state of the vitality and operating environment of different regions as well as the direction of development for the needs of the construction industry. The situation of the review is partly comparative: the information package primarily compares the position and situation of the central city or central cities and the rest of the province in relation to the whole country, and identifies differences in the development of the regions. In the data package, each variable selected for review has been visualized in a way that facilitates interpretation and the content of each indicator has been closely analysed.
