The aim of the work was to assist HSY in creating a clear, feasible, and inspiring strategy throughout the update process. The assignment included coaching the strategy working group, facilitating the participation of staff and the board, compiling the results of the different work phases, developing existing strategic materials, and creating and visualizing new ones.
