Preparation of a study, evaluation and operating model proposal concerning the Taikusydän contact point activities

Taikusydän has operated for ten years as Finland’s only national contact point for cultural wellbeing in the field of cultural policy. The assignment consists of three parts that form a continuum:
1) The study describes the current state of Taikusydän’s six forms of activity and the changes that have taken place over the past ten years.
2) The evaluation interprets the current state through four dimensions: relevance to needs, functionality, sustainability, and up-to-dateness.
3) The operating model proposal is developed by combining the results of the evaluation with a future vision co-created with stakeholders.
