The assignment consists of three parts that form a continuum: 1) The study describes the current state of Taikusydän’s six forms of activity and the changes that have taken place over the past ten years. 2) The evaluation interprets the current state through four dimensions: relevance to needs, functionality, sustainability, and up-to-dateness. 3) The operating model proposal is developed by combining the results of the evaluation with a future vision co-created with stakeholders.
