NääsMaas part 2

A joint mobility service for children and young people was being tested by several sports clubs across the Tampere region. The NaasMaaS hobby pick-up service, developed during 2019 and early 2020, provided joint transportation for children from school to hobby and back to school. The service was first tested in December (December 10th and December 12th, 2019 and expanded to a trial period starting in January 2020. About 130 juniors have been involved in the trial. The hobby ride experiment was coordinated by MDI Public Oy and WSP Finland Oy during the spring of 2020. The pilot service is organised and subsidised by the City of Tampere and the Ministry of the Environment. Transport is provided by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy with the service technology provided by Kyyti Group Oy and Intoit Oy.
