Front page Mid-term evaluation of the strategy and council term of the city of Heinola Mid-term evaluation of the strategy and council term of the city of Heinola Date: 4.1. –15.5.2024 Evaluations Strategies and programmes MDI previously assisted the city of Heinola in its strategy formulation in 2022. A mid-term evaluation of the strategy implementation and council work was now carried out halfway through the council term. MDI conducted a survey for the city of Heinola’s council members and leading officials and interviews representatives of the political leadership and the management team. A summary and conclusions based on the collected data were presented at a council meeting, and refinements were made to the strategy content and implementation.
