Front page Kymenlaakso’s smart specialisation, sparring Kymenlaakso’s smart specialisation, sparring Date: 14.9. –30.11.2021 Strategies and programmes The work supported the Regional Council of Kymenlaakso in planning and launching activities in accordance with its smart specialisation strategy. The work consisted of the design and implementation of three participatory processes. First, MDI carried out three virtual workshops for the three groups of people to outline their action plans. Second, MDI participated in the implementation of the Kymenlaakso Smart Specialisation Seminar. Third, MDI carried out one workshop in which all three groups participate.
