The workshop highlighted Posintra’s most relevant effectiveness goals and discussed statistical variables based on MDI’s work to monitor the development of the external operating environment and the attainment of these effectiveness goals. Based on the discussions, MDI prepared a slide show and a proposal to monitor the development of the external operating environment.
