Front page Innovation Ecosystem Knowledge Management Workshops in Pirkanmaa Innovation Ecosystem Knowledge Management Workshops in Pirkanmaa Date: 4.6. –28.6.2019 Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps The Council of Tampere Region is a part-implementer of the 6Aika: Growth Ecosystems project which aimed to develop a digital tool for monitoring the innovation ecosystem in Pirkanmaa. To develop the tool, two workshops were organised for future users of the tool in order to gather information needs and conceptualise knowledge management practices and models. MDI designed and facilitated the two workshops. The first workshop focused on the common vision of the actors in the region about the information needs of the business and innovation ecosystem and the current state of production as well as the availability of the necessary information. The second workshop focused on the common operating model and practices of information ecosystem management and the role of different actors. Keywords: Knowledge management RDI
