The goal is for an increasing number of working-age people to make choices in their daily lives that increase physical activity. The Liikkuva aikuinen programme is implemented at JAMK University of Applied Sciences. The external evaluation of the Liikkuva aikuinen programme, carried out by MDI, examined the development, effectiveness and impacts of the programme during the period 2020–2025. The evaluation assessed how the programme’s strategic choices, operating model, resources and changes in the operating environment supported the achievement of national objectives and the overall effectiveness of the programme.
