Front page References Evaluation of Finnish cereal and oilseed sector Evaluation of Finnish cereal and oilseed sector Date: 25.6. –7.11.2019 Evaluations MDI evaluated the projects of the Finnish Cereal Council (VYR) for the years 2015-2019. The evaluation concluded that the Finnish Cereal Council brings interest groups together and, as an independent organisation, can operate as a neutral motor for the network. The evaluation recommended that the work of the Finnish Cereal Council is developed more strategically and the communication becomes more interactive.
