Front page References Employment Program and Growth Services of Growth Companies Employment Program and Growth Services of Growth Companies Date: 19.12.2017 –31.5.2018 Evaluations Research, studies MDI evaluated the Employment Program of Growth Companies 2016-2018 launched by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy in 2016. The Objective of the program is to support the business and competitiveness of Growth Companies and prevent highly skilled labour unemployment. The program also aims to help companies identify the chances of higher educated workforce as a competitive factor in their own business. The evaluation investigated the impacts of the program and evaluated how the projects of the program, in different regions and across the country, supports growth companies’ preparation and contraction of the future growth services. The evaluation was completed by the end of April 2018.
