Development and piloting of an operational model for positive sudden structural change from the perspective of expertise

MDI developed and tested a model to support positive sudden structural changes from the perspective of expertise. The operational model developed in the project can be applied to situations of positive sudden structural changes in various sectors. The model was piloted in the wind power sector, where FCG’s solid expertise in wind power and continuous learning is utilized. The development of the model promotes the Finnish society’s ability to respond to situations of positive sudden structural change and proactively target expertise to those sectors where it is needed now and in the future.
