Customer Satisfaction Survey on social and health (sote) outsourcing service

MDI conducted a customer satisfaction survey of Purchasing Services in the Social and Health Care Business sector in the City of Vantaa during spring 2020. The aim of the study was to discern the level of customer satisfaction with the purchasing services of different business areas and their units. The work included organising a customer satisfaction survey and drawing up questionnaires, implementing the survey, analysing the results of the surveys and presenting the work.
