When the reform enters into force at the beginning of 2025, Keha-keskus can use the developed monitoring systems to monitor key key indicators. The most centrally prepared method was implemented with the method of synthetic control, with which a synthetic reference employment area that was as similar as possible was defined for each employment area. In this way, the development of the employment area can be monitored in relation to a reference area that is as similar as possible. The assignment was carried out by MDI and Melkior Oy.
