In addition to identifying and clarifying the pull factors, the work created insights relating to future land use in the area, as extensive new construction projects have been planned for the area, including housing, various business activities and leisure activities, with stronger support for walking, cycling and public transport. In this work, the opinions of entrepreneurs in the area were sought on the various factors of attraction and the future development of the area.
