Front page References A practice-driven operating model for the innovation environment A practice-driven operating model for the innovation environment Date: 15.3. –15.6.2015 Strategies and programmes During spring 2015, MDI participated in the development of the innovation environment in Central Ostrobothnia. Within the framework of the KASVUINNO-project, the contents of cooperation between development organisations were outlined in relation to the services that support the growth and renewal of companies. In Central Ostrobothnia, major investments have been made over the years in the RDI infrastructure, providing an excellent basis for developing unique services for companies in the area. The model outlines the content of cooperation by identifying those processes that create stability and persistence in operations as well as identifying the practices that help development organisations to ensure continuous renewal and responsiveness to emerging business needs.
