Development and conceptualization of the services of the Rajaton Upper Savonia project

The Rajaton Upper Savo project implemented in Northern Savonia sought new company-driven solutions to solving the challenges of sourcing skilled labour. In this project, working methods were developed and service concepts were made for both digital and traditional service channels. The development and conceptualisation of these services aimed at entrenching and disseminating the results of the project and also aimed at building and developing a value network for the normal operations of the Kuopio Chamber or partner organisations. The project included a kick-off meeting, a detailed project plan, expanding customer understanding through interviews and two workshops, defining and conceptualising the two packaged services to be developed and describing their service processes in different channels. TK-Eval assisted in the work.
