Evaluation of the National World Heritage Strategy

The work evaluates the implementation and impacts of the Finnish World Heritage Strategy (2015–2025) and its implementation plan on the national World Heritage policy on the one hand, and on the implementation of the World Heritage Convention in Finland on the other. The evaluation examines the success of the programme and its compliance with strategic values. The central perspective is what significance and added value the strategy has produced compared to not having a strategy.

In addition to the results of the evaluation, the work presents options for further measures after the strategy period. The final result of the evaluation is a written final report, which presents the results and conclusions in relation to the evaluation perspectives.
