Front page Study on the Monitoring and Impact of the Working Life Development Strategy Study on the Monitoring and Impact of the Working Life Development Strategy Date: 15.5. –31.12.2025 Research, studies Strategies and programmes MDI carried out a study commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment during the summer and autumn of 2025. The aim of the study was to define a monitoring and impact assessment model for the new Working Life Development Strategy. The monitoring and impact assessment model help highlight the achievement of the strategy’s objectives as well as the desired changes and development directions. The model covers societal, organisational, and individual levels. It includes an impact logic framework and indicators for monitoring the impacts. A key element is that the model and monitoring system enable the production of forward-looking information on long-term impacts and support evidence-based implementation of the strategy. The monitoring and impact assessment model was developed in cooperation with the stakeholders involved in the preparation of the strategy. Keywords: Impact Knowledge management Strategy
