The strategy focuses on three core areas: logistics, the bio and circular economy, and the digital economy. The update process was carried out through a series of three workshops, aimed at reviewing the current strategy’s relevance and outlining future priorities. MDI supported the process by designing and facilitating the workshops and by providing content sparring based on the outcomes of the earlier stages.
