Front page Preparation of Sipoo’s municipal strategy and the drafting of a new municipal strategy Preparation of Sipoo’s municipal strategy and the drafting of a new municipal strategy Date: 3.2. –31.10.2025 Strategies and programmes The Municipality of Sipoo renewed its municipal strategy during 2025. MDI supported the municipality in the strategy preparation process and produced the final strategy document. The process included a situation analysis based on background research, three workshops focused on developing the strategic content, and discussions on long-term goals with the newly elected municipal council during a council seminar in the spring. MDI challenged municipal officials to formulate ambitious yet realistic goals for the upcoming council and strategy period. Additionally, MDI designed the strategy document and a PowerPoint summary in alignment with Sipoo’s visual identity. The work was completed in the autumn of 2025. Keywords: Municipalities Strategy
