Front page Evaluation of the Clusters of Oulu Innovation Alliance Evaluation of the Clusters of Oulu Innovation Alliance Date: 1.1. –14.6.2024 Evaluations The goal of the Oulu innovation alliance’s cluster evaluation was to produce an evaluation of business clusters in the Oulu region and to support the development of cluster activities with information and insights. In addition to the evaluation, special aspects of the work emphasised the development of continuous learning and competence in cluster operations, as well as supporting the construction of the operating model of cluster operations.
