Front page Workshops on water and marine management measures Workshops on water and marine management measures Date: 16.4. –30.6.2026 Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps MDI carried out a series of workshops on water and marine management measures, commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment. The work consisted of four remote workshops targeted at sectoral teams, covering the following themes: protection and restoration of water and marine nature, agriculture and forestry, urban areas and permitted activities, and maritime transport and risks. In the workshops, MDI’s facilitators supported specialists from ministries, sector research institutes and government agencies in working with stakeholders to identify jointly developed policy instruments. The work resulted in a summary report supporting the preparation of water and marine management plans for the period 2028–2033.
