Front page Updating the City Strategy of Sastamala Updating the City Strategy of Sastamala Date: 1.9.2025 –28.2.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI supported Sastamala in updating its strategy. The work included an initial situation analysis, an EVP index, three workshops for the city council, as well as guided working sessions for the management team during the process. The aim was to produce a concise report package that brings together the key insights and conclusions of the strategy work and includes proposals for necessary updates to the strategy.
