Front page Update of the City Strategy of Kauhava Update of the City Strategy of Kauhava Date: 8.9.2025 –14.6.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the City of Kauhava in updating its strategy. During the work, a document-based background analysis, EVP analysis, survey and a series of workshops were carried out. In addition to the council and senior officials, staff, residents and other stakeholders were closely involved in the process. The aim was to produce a concise, up-to-date, clear, realistic and sufficiently ambitious strategy that guides the city’s development and decision-making. The work was completed in early 2026.
