Front page Update of the City Strategy of Kauhava Update of the City Strategy of Kauhava Date: 8.9.2025 –14.6.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI supports the City of Kauhava in updating its strategy. During the work, a document-based background analysis, EVP analysis, survey and a series of workshops will be carried out. In addition to the council and senior officials, staff, residents and other stakeholders will be closely involved in the process. The aim is to produce a concise, up-to-date, clear, realistic and sufficiently ambitious strategy that guides the city’s development and decision-making. The work will be completed in early 2026.
