Front page The New Vantaa Investment Model The New Vantaa Investment Model Date: 13.1. –31.3.2025 Research, studies Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps The new Vantaa investment model was developed to support the city’s growth and vitality by integrating land use, housing, transportation and service planning into a cohesive framework. The goal was to ensure that investments and urban development are aligned with the service structure, promoting sustainable growth and preventing segregation. Key Project Phases: – Current State Analysis: Examining the development of investments in Vantaa and identifying key challenges. – Participatory Workshops: Engaging city experts and decision-makers to define investment priorities and development needs. – Model Design: Creating a concrete proposal for synchronizing investments and the service network. – Final Report: Compiling analyses and recommendations to support decision-making.
