Support for Vaasa’s Strategy and Scenario Work

MDI provided expert support for the City of Vaasa’s strategy and scenario work. The project was carried out in the form of an interactive process with the client. The work phases included a current state and operational environment analysis, where written materials and statistical data were analysed and summarised, and presentation materials were prepared for workshops. Additionally, MDI designed and facilitated one workshop, prepared guidelines for conducting workshops, and compiled a summary of the workshop outcomes.
