Front page Support for the drafting of Kouvola’s city strategy for the 2025–2029 council term Support for the drafting of Kouvola’s city strategy for the 2025–2029 council term Date: 6.1. –30.11.2025 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the City of Kouvola in the drafting of its strategy for the 2025–2029 council term. As part of this work, MDI provided an overview of the current state of Kouvola and prepared a survey for the city’s staff and elected officials to inform the strategy development process. Additionally, MDI organised a stakeholder workshop and two council seminars to discuss the strategy’s content, including goals and actions. MDI, in addition, drafted a strategy document for the City of Kouvola to finalise the process. Keywords: Municipalities Regional development Strategy
