MDI conducted a study with NHG Consulting Ltd about the current state of service businesses and about private service providers’ abilities to provide new service concepts. The study conducted as a survey complemented by qualitative methods and interviews. The study aimed at gathering data for creating growth services and strengthening new businesses.
