Front page Sparring Small and Medium-Sized Cities Sparring Small and Medium-Sized Cities Date: 1.10.2016 –30.4.2017 Evaluations Strategies and programmes MDI facilitated two networking meetings of SEUTU programme, which had been launched to develop these cities. In the meetings, MDI sparred launching and developing pilot projects, in between the meetings, sparring took place via Trello platform. Pilot projects covered following themes: virtual circulation economic fairs, activity tourism internationalisation and growth model for small scale enterprises. In addition, MDI sparred SEUTU programme in the preparation of a communication plan and in the implementation of communication. Half of the costs of SEUTU programme were covered by 23 cities participating in the programme and the other half by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. Keywords: Vitality
