Sipoo Municipality’s Mid-Term Review of their Strategy and Council Term and Implementation of the Council Seminar

MDI conducted the mid-term review of the strategy and council term for Sipoo Municipality. The work focused on evaluating the strategy’s guiding impact, implementation and content relevance, as well as the success of its preparation process. It also aimed at identifying and assessing the impact of changes in the operational environment on the development prospects for Sipoo Municipality and on gathering views on the smoothness of the council’s work. The evaluation data was collected through a survey targeted at the elected council members and senior officials in addition to interviews with the chairs of the council groups and the municipality’s management team. The results of the evaluation were presented at a council seminar which was facilitated by MDI. The seminar included discussions on the need to modify the strategy and identify the key measures for the end of the council term.
