Scenario process for Regional Council of Satakunta

MDI provided the Regional Council of Satakunta with a scenario review that included 4-5 scenario options and their contingency plans. The work was implemented as an interactive process, including six extensive stakeholder workshops and seminars, future interviews with Satakunta entrepreneurs and young influencers and sparring by a core team guiding the work. The work was based on futures research methods (e.g. futures table, fore- / backcasting) while also utilising web-based collaboration platforms. The completed scenario review report was presented at the Satakunta Future Forum. The work was carried out in cooperation with Futures Garden.
