Research on regional differences in the use of employment appropriations

Employment appropriations are used in the regions for services and measures defined in the Employment and Business Services Act. The employment appropriation is not budgeted strictly by service within the paragraph, but the appropriation allocated to the paragraph may be used flexibly in the regions for different services as required by the service needs of the customers.

The study examined, statistically and qualitatively, the differences in the use of employment appropriations between the regions and the reasons for these differences. The work also produced information for the preparation of future employment management regions and the organisation responsibility model.
