Front page Reports on future population development for USO municipalities Reports on future population development for USO municipalities Date: 1.12.2023 –21.2.2024 Information Services and Data Analysis As part of the USO-network project, MDI produced concise reports for all participating municipalities on future demographic trends and demographic changes in these municipalities. The projections were based on MDI’s national population projections which were based on past demographic trends for each municipality. The projection packages examined different future demographic scenarios and the evolution of different demographic groups for each municipality. Based on the forecast packages, the results were presented to the USO municipalities during the spring, 2024. Keywords: Municipalities Population and migration
