Front page References Regional analysis on the operating environment of employment management Regional analysis on the operating environment of employment management Date: 2019–2022 Research, studies The population of the city has grown in recent years, but at the same time the employment situation has worsened. City has been plagued by youth unemployment for a long time, something which has not decreased at the same pace as in other cities. MDI produced an analysis of the employment situation and the dynamics of unemployment in, the migration flows to the city that exacerbate the unemployment situation, comparing the development of unemployment in the city using the synthetic control method and presented an assessment of the economic effects of employment management. The current state and dynamics of population and regional development in the context of the need for vitality and resilience served as a starting point for the review. MDI produced conclusions that supported the future development of employment management in the city, taking into consideration the need to improve the youth employment situation in particular.
